A Hygienic Health Practitioner, Sister Dawson is most known for her culinary gifts. She is skilled in sourdough bread baking, sprouting and micro greens, lacto fermentation, canning, drying, freezing of produce, and organic gardening. She has been practicing the art of food preservation for over 52 years.

Her health work had its impetus in 1985 when alongside her late husband, Vernon Dawson. The Dawson’s studied diet and lifestyle change, along with training in hydrotherapy and simple herbal remedies. They developed a program that would contain all the essential elements for restoration and healing. Their hope was to provide care for both the physical needs of the sick and the spiritual and emotion ones as well.

In addition to giving client care, the Dawson’s also ran many medical missionary training schools at their health center. Sister Dawson lectures on many topics including Anatomy & Physiology. For 8-10 years, alongside her husband, Sister Dawson, ran courses helping men and women understand how they were created, and who they are based on their roles in Christ. She’s discovered that when women understand her God-give role she can help her brothers to understand his, and vice-versa. Using the textbook, A Woman’s True Desire by Daniele Starenkyj, she uncovers the keys to true happiness and contentment in Christ’s ideals for his children—whether single or married.
