Meet the Chef
Jurea Dawson is a plant-based chef with over thirty years of experience in the art of natural food preparation. Through the years she has developed a distinctive flair for creating delicious vegan recipes and is known for her eye-appealing, elegant food presentations. Her culinary philosophy has been to create foods that are appealing, tasty, and healthy.
Jurea is also a cooking class demonstrator and instructor in vegan cuisine. She has catered special events, has worked as a private home chef and is the author of two plant-based cookbooks, Real Food Recipes and More Real Food Recipes. Jurea also enjoys reading, writing, music, and poetry and she currently resides in the beautiful Berkshires in the town of Windsor Massachusetts.
